Food booth spaces will be space necessary for operation. All food booths are in one location. The fee is $110.00 per booth. Due to an excellent response to the Friday Evening Gospel Sing, we are requesting food vendors to be open by 6:00 PM Friday night.
Commercial and craft booth spaces are approximately 12’x12’ and the fee is $65.00 per booth.
Acceptance into show and booth placement shall be at the discretion of the committee. Please provide a description of the merchandise you will be selling.
Sales tax will be the responsibility of the vendor.
Set-up for commercial and craft booths will begin Saturday at 7:00 a.m. and must be complete by 8:00 a.m. You can set up Friday until 6:00 PM. There is no security Friday night.
Exhibitors are responsible for supplying tables, chairs and provisions for rain or shade.
Vehicles must be removed from square rail by 8:30 a.m.
Each exhibitor must leave space clean.
No printed or screened merchandise with Mount Ida’s Good Ole Days on it will be permitted.

The exhibitor agrees to abide by the rules and regulations of the show. The show committee will not be held responsible for accidents or thefts occurring on the premises. Entry into this event constitutes an automatic waiver of any claim for damage, liability or loss against the sponsors, employees or representatives thereof.
